Description
Model One by RIA Eyewear is our founding style of sunglasses built to give uncompromised vision and protection on the tennis and pickleball court with a seamless, one-piece lens, housed in our patented Italian frame design. This pair features our newest lens, Transition HD+, a photochromic lens that adjusts tint intensity according to the amount of UV light in the environment, changing from transparent amber to dark brown and featuring a silver mirror for anti-glare. Whether you're playing in bright sun, overcast conditions, or inside under lights, this lens has you covered for it all.

Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed as a result of delivery service providers are not eligible for reimbursement by RIA. Please note that once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we cannot adjust the service, intercept the package, or control when it arrives.

We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada. All shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. We accept returns, but the return shipment cost is not covered by RIA.

FAQ
Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our racquet-sport lenses are not polarized as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When you need to see the ball clearly to time your swing, a polarized lens will be an impediment. Regardless, all of our lenses are still 100% UVA/B protective.
I want to try these on, where can I do that?
For now we are only selling from our website so that if you need anything we can help you directly 👊 - however, we do free returns for 30 days after buying so that you can try them on at home without committing. Check out our full return policy here.
Do you do prescription in this frame?
We currently do not, as prescription is hard to put into a shield style frame without adding an insert, which would compromise our frame design.

I was introduced to Ría by another Pickleball player and I’m so glad I took her advice. Light weight and comfortable. I love that I was able to customize the classic white with navy and coral nose piece as well as a coral arm sleeve. The glasses stay in place during active play but are not too tight at the temples. So comfortable I don’t even take them off between matches. Can’t wait for the weather to change so I can enjoy outdoor play with the transitional lens without glare. Worth the price!

Wow. Very nice product. Fantastic lens with no distortion. Needed 1-2 sessions to get used to having something on my face. I have been playing a ton of Pickleball lately and been in need of protection. It’s so important to minimize eye risk. This is money well spent.

Excellent, transition lens was a little to dark for indoor play had to purchase the clear lens.
Once I changed lens saw crystal clear indoors , have yet to wear them for outdoor play I am sure they will be fine.
